Doctor Geo Mandrake is either an antagonistic or supporting character, depending on which incarnation of the character is being referred to:
- Doctor Geo Mandrake, an antagonistic scientist character introduced in Contra: Hard Corps. He allied with Colonel Bahamut in exchange of being allowed to research the alien cell.
- Doctor Spider, a mutant monster that was the result of Doctor Geo having been exposed to one of his own failed experiments by the Colonel.
- Doctor Geo Mandrake/Uprising, a possibly younger incarnation of Doctor Geo who appears in Hard Corps: Uprising. This incarnation of the character probably exists in an alternate timeline/continuity.
- Doctor Geo Mandrake (Returns), an incarnation of Doctor Geo who appears in Contra Returns, which takes place in an alternate timeline/universe. He starts as an antagonist but eventually joins the Contra task force once they succeeded in reviving his daughter, Lucia.
- Dr. J, the main antagonist of World E-137 in Contra Returns, believed to be a doppelganger of Doctor Geo Mandrake.
- Doctor George Drake, a character from Contra: Operation Galuga working for the Earth Federation Government and assisting Bill and Lance during their missions.
