The Armed Boat (武装 ボート Busō Bōto?) is an enemy in Operation C. It is a fast-traveling boat armed with two turrets.
Description[]
Military boats encountered in the harbor section of Area 1 that enter the screen at great speed from behind and fire at the player from their two turrets. Only two are encountered in the game.
The turrets are notably frail and it will only take one bullet to destroy them, making hitting them more a matter of precision and quick reflexes rather than of using sheer power. The Homing Gun is a good weapon to use against them as the bullets will target the boat's weak points by themselves. Once both turrets are destroyed, the whole ship will explode.
