Acid NRG is the thirteenth track from the Neo Contra official soundtrack. It is named 03-02 in the game's jukebox.
This track plays when the heroes are inside the base of mission 03. it plays throughout the two boss fights of the two mid sized transformer robots. about fifty seconds I to the track, the backbeat fades and instead plays a snippet from Contra Shattered Soldier's Stage 6-1 theme. Another portion of this theme is heard later on in the track.
